the affair ended 8 months ago. when the allegation broke, cain said here we go again, the comment comes after he stands accused of the sexual harassment while he was the president of the national restaurant association in the 90s. white claims her affair lasted for over a decade, they spent time together in palm springs california, cain went on television to deny the claims before the story broke. white told the press cain was not being truthful when he said there was no affair. the attorney, one of the four women who accused cain of sexual harassment says she is not buying it. >> when is herman cain going to come clean with the american public he is now accused a total of five women of being liars. >> now ginger is pointing to cell phone records to support her claims. cain has no obligation to discuss these type of allegations with the media. kuren redmond, abc2 news.

headlines around the nation, a fire going on in utah, shutting down u.s. highway 40 yesterday afternoon. a hazardous materials team was called in to check out the station. two trucks were called in. the one on fire was hauling crude oil. no injuries reported. unhappy driver was honking his horn at police, police were blocking off the road were a crime scene. the guy got out and yelled at officers and police noticed the 25-year-old was staggering, slurring his words and smelled like liquor. a breathalyzer showed the man's level twice the legal limit on top of that, he was driving on a suspended license. the man was taken to jail. battle the fight childhood obesity is growing am startling trend, young kids waistlines are bigger than ever.

year-old man in carol. the fire started after 1:00 this morning on old washington road outside of westminster. this is a picture sent from the gamber volunteer fire company. a family of five were able to escape and fire crews found the elderly man. tracking the latest on a huge shootout that left 8 wounded including a child. the shooting erupted last night in oakland, california. kuren redmond has been following the latest on this, one of the victims, a young child. the shooting left 8 people injured including the 1-year- old boy, police in oakland, california, has put out an all out search for the suspects responsible. around 20 to 30 people gathered in a parking lot after 6:00 last nite. three suspects opened fire on the crowd at least three people fired back at the shooter. 1-year-old lawrence was shot in the head. he and a woman are in critical condition. six other people and two oh

children were injured. the father was among those injured. he was holding his son and shot in hand. witnesses couldn't believe what was going on. >> so many gun shots. i've never heard that many before in my life. >> bullet casings could be seen scattered. police are looking for three teens and a man in his 30s, believed to be the suspect in this case. kuren redmond, abc2 news. a search continues for this man, cornelius moore, he left his home in baltimore this morning after sentenced to home detention. a judge sentenced him in may for illegal possession of a firearm. after nearly four months in jail, a court ordered giordano be released. he is held in connection with the death of robin gardener and her disappearance. this has been a long time developing, but i guess investigators are saying

they've got nothing left to held him with. >> twists and turns in the case. the aruban courts through out a legal maneuver by prosecutors to keep giordano in jail. this clears him to leave aruba, he could return to maryland tomorrow. he is a suspect in the disappearance of robin gardener, investigators are still no closer to explaining what happened to her. authorities don't have the incriminating evidence to keep him. investigation without a body, a murder weapon, or a clear motive is now moving its only suspect. giordano says he took he to aruba for fun, they met on a swinger website. he vanished from a beach while snorkeling. her body has not been found. his legal troubles are far from over, attorneys say. >> this investigation is still going on. not only because we think that the justice system has to do that, but for relatives of robin in the united states, they are still left without

>> look at this, 57 degrees. we've shown you the backyards are closer to 60. look at the contrast from the warm temperatures to 30s and near low 30s nashville and memphis and jackson. all wrapping around this storm it's warm air ahead of it, cool air on the backside. there is our low pressure. the low pressure is producing snow and trying to wrap the cold air on the south side and mixing in, in huntsville and atlanta. we get this warm feed off of the atlantic and a band of really heavy rain is going to pivot through here. there is no way to avoid this. we have had the dampness and follow this feed it's coming through the carolinas and there maybe thunderstorms there that could clip the lower eastern shore today, we shouldn't rule that out. heavy rain pivots through. prime time from noon to 6:00 p.m. that takes the afternoon and
